Why BLQLD started
Going through the QBCC process personally, and then alongside other trades and builders, made one thing clear: the application does not always click with the way people understand their own work.
It was not that good people could not do the job. It was the time, energy and attention needed to work through forms, evidence, referees, RPL questions and the order of the application while still running work and life.
The support behind it
Over time, BLQLD has built a practical support team around the application process: people who help keep forms, evidence, documents, RPL steps and lodgement preparation moving in the right order.
The aim is simple: take the application seriously, respect the experience behind it, and keep the applicant clear on what needs to happen next.

RPL can be useful, but it is not the whole application. We only bring it forward where a genuine qualification gap needs attention.
